The Healthiest Sandwich You Can Make

I’m all about maintaining a healthy diet this year and if you’ve read my post on Wellness Resolutions than you would know I’m taking it pretty seriously. As a vegetarian (sometimes pescetarian), I don’t always have the most balanced meals, and I’ll admit there are times when I’m constantly eating the same mundane thing for lunch every day. That’s why I was ecstatic when I found this vegan sandwich recipe from PopSugar Fitness. This is something you can make to take to work for lunch and feel like you’re eating something really healthy and filling. the-healthiest-sandwich-you-can-makethe-healthiest-sandwich-you-can-makethe-healthiest-sandwich-you-can-makethe-healthiest-sandwich-you-can-makethe-healthiest-sandwich-you-can-makeI really love cooking with chickpeas, I even threw these into a salad too and it made for a delicious (and filling!) meal.the-healthiest-sandwich-you-can-makethe-healthiest-sandwich-you-can-makethe-healthiest-sandwich-you-can-makethe-healthiest-sandwich-you-can-makethe-healthiest-sandwich-you-can-makeThis sandwich has both protein and fiber and it’s as tasty as it is good for you.
